A MAN has been charged with arson following a fire at a Stowmarket cinema last week that caused nearby residents to be evacuated from their homes.
Lewis Filby, 22, of Jubilee Avenue, Stowmarket, has been charged with arson endangering life after the incident that caused damage to the Regal Theatre on the evening of Wednesday September 16.
He is due to appear before magistrates in Bury on Thursday October 1.
