A MAN has been charged with robbery and arson after the theft of a car on Sunday night.Toby Millett, 30, of no fixed abode, was arrested yesterday and held at Ipswich police station for questioning.

Toby Millett, 30, of no fixed abode, was arrested yesterday and held at Ipswich police station for questioning.
The arrest followed the theft of a Fiat Punto in Bramford Lane, Ipswich, around 9.15pm on Sunday when Matthew Casburn, 20, of Ipswich, was threatened with a weapon and forced from the car.
Mr Millett will appear at South East Suffolk Magistrates' Court tomorrow.
