AN IPSWICH man accused of 14 offences relating to physical and sexual assaults on children has been found not guilty of 10 of the charges.Alan Harvey, 40, of Hadleigh Road, Ipswich, had denied all the charges and yesterday was found not guilty by a jury at Ipswich Crown Court of eight charges of child cruelty, one offence of indecent assault and one offence of indecency with a child.

Alan Harvey, 40, of Hadleigh Road, Ipswich, had denied all the charges and yesterday was found not guilty by a jury at Ipswich Crown Court of eight charges of child cruelty, one offence of indecent assault and one offence of indecency with a child.
The jury will return to court today, Wednesday, to continue its deliberations in respect of two offences of indecent assault and two offences of indecency with a child.
