THE body of a man has been found in a field in a village near an American airbase in Suffolk, police said today.A police spokeswoman said a member of the public raised the alarm after discovering the body in a field in Freckenham, near Mildenhall, just before 9pm yesterday.

A police spokeswoman said a member of the public raised the alarm after discovering the body in a field in Freckenham, near Mildenhall, just before 9pm yesterday.
She said the death is currently being treated as ``unexplained'' and that an area around the scene has been cordoned off while police investigate.
