PARAMEDICS were called to a supermarket car park this morning after a man collapsed.
The 60-year-old man fell ill in the Budgens car park at The Turban, off The Thoroughfare in Woodbridge, at about 11.30am and a member of the public quickly phoned the emergency services.
An ambulance was sent to the scene and transported the man, whose condition was described as serious, to Ipswich Hospital in Heath Road.
Police officers were also sent to the scene but were not required to act.
