DETECTIVES investigating the death of a woman found in a ground floor flat in Colchester are keen to trace a man who is believed to live at the same address.
The body of a woman in her 30s was discovered by a 12 year old girl living at the same address in Weetmans Drive, Highwoods, Colchester at 3.30pm on Monday, July 16.
The woman's body is believed to have been there for up to a week and police are now trying to establish if the child had been alone in the flat for that time.
Detectives now want to find a black man, aged 30, with short black afro hair called Daniel Tambengwa who is believed to drive a silver Mondeo car, registration number R738VOC.
The police have now launched a murder investigation into the woman's death.
