Missing prisoner found in Ipswich

A prisoner from Hollesley Bay has been found after an appeal was launched to locate him.

Ben Tonge, 30, was due to return to a pick up point in Ipswich today (Friday) after a home visit but failed to appear.

Police made a public appeal to locate him and within an hour he was found in Ipswich.

He will be returned to custody in due course.

Suffolk Constabulary have thanked the public for their help.
