A MOTORCYCLIST has been taken to hospital with serious injuries after he was involved in a crash on the A14 near Haughley today.
The male rider was take to West Suffolk Hospital, in Bury St Edmunds, after the incident which happened at 2.31pm.
Both lanes in the Bury St Edmunds direction have been closed and diversions are in place from the A1088 for one junction.
Heavy delays are expected for motorists and it is as yet unclear when the road will re-open.
