ONE of the biggest success stories to have come from television talent contest the X-Factor are set to go on a UK tour and it will begin in Ipswich.

Opera boy band G4 found fame on the first series of the popular X Factor show and have since gone on to release two albums and complete two sell out tours.

Now, with their third album, Act Three, due out on Monday the foursome have announced another tour.

The album will include songs such as We'll Meet Again, Freddie Mercury's Somebody To Love, Bob Geldof's I Don't Like Mondays and Andrew Lloyd Webber's No Matter What.

Originally a busking group in Covent Garden, G4 shot to fame on X Factor and have since gone on to perform with Robin Gibb, Lesley Garrett and Sir Cliff Richard and became one of the UK's biggest selling acts of 2005.

G4 will be appearing at the Regent Theatre on Monday May 21 next year and tickets go on sale at 9am on Friday.
