POLICE say Operation Stack could be put in place later tonight as a wind warning at the Port of Felixstowe has been issued.The weather will be monitored over the next few hours, and if the wind does get worse, Operation Stack, which effectively turns a section of the A14 in to a giant lorry park, will be launched either late tonight or in the early hours of tomorrow morning.
