POLICE are hunting two men who followed a group of children three times along Finborough Road.

The 11 and 12-year-olds were left shaken after being followed over four days between 3.30pm and 3.45pm - first on Monday, January 11, when a man described as white, in his late 20s, between 5ft 8 and 5ft 10ins tall and of stocky build, followed them to an alleyway near the army cadet hall.

The man was wearing a grey hooded top, grey tracksuit bottoms and white trainers.

The following day, a second man, described as white, in his late 20s, around 5ft 11ins tall and of slim build, followed the children to the same alleyway. He was wearing an orange/red hat with ear flaps and low-cut ripped jeans.

On Thursday both men followed the children into the alleyway. The children ran away scared and later saw the men again on The Brickfields.

Two suspicious cars, a red and a silver four-wheel-drive, were seen in the area shortly afterwards.

Police would like to hear form anyone who may be able to help catch the men. Calls should be made to Pc Stefan Henriksen at the Stowmarket safer neighbourhood team on 01473 613500 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
