A woman was treated for minor injuries at the scene of a crash near the Copdock roundabout this afternoon.
Ambulance crews and police were called to the incident, which happened on the A1214 northbound between the Tesco roundabout and the Copdock roundabout, shortly before 4.20pm.
When they arrived they found two cars had crashed - and a woman, who is thought to have been driving one of the cars, was checked over by paramedics.
Her injuries were not believed to be serious or life-threatening.
One lane was closed and traffic was very slow between the roundabout and the A1214 in the Ipswich-bound direction until at least 5.45pm.
