POLICE in Ipswich are asking women to be vigilant after an incident in the town.The incident took place around 3pm last Friday in Portman Road.As an 18-year-old girl was driving along Portman Road, a man waved at her as if he knew her.

The incident took place around 3pm last Friday in Portman Road.
As an 18-year-old girl was driving along Portman Road, a man waved at her as if he knew her.
As she parked her car she was approached by the man who stated he had seen her around and knew where she worked and took hold of her wrist.
She pulled her arm away and walked off – and the man followed her.
