A POLICE car crashed on the way to an emergency call leaving an elderly man trapped in the wreckage.The two car smash happened at around 10.15pm yesterday.
A POLICE car collided with a Skoda Felicia on the way to an emergency call leaving a 54-year-old man trapped in the wreckage of his vehicle.
The two-car smash happened at around 10.15pm yesterday in Landseer Road near to the junction with Hogarth Road.
The man and one officer, 45, a passenger in the police car, were taken to Ipswich hospital where they remain today. The officer driving, 33, was released from hospital last night.
