POLICE are investigating reports of a hole appearing on one of the region's busiest roads.Officers were called to the A14 near Coddenham after a member of the public said they spotted an opening in the road surface on the eastbound carriageway around two miles from the junction with the A140.

Officers were called to the A14 near Coddenham after a member of the public said they spotted an opening in the road surface on the eastbound carriageway around two miles from the junction with the A140.
A spokesman for Suffolk police said the force was alerted to the situation at 12.31pm today: “Officers are going around looking for a hole but at this stage they are yet to locate one.”
