The incident happened around 6.20am on Friday, November 18, when a 40-year-old man walking his dog along the path alongside the River Gipping near London Road was approached by another man.

A Suffolk Constabulary spokeswoman said the man they are looking for is white, aged in his late 20s or early 30s and of slim build.
He was wearing black boots and carrying a bluetooth speaker at the time.
