POLICE are seeking the public's help in identifying a man who indecently assaulted a 43-year-old woman.
POLICE are seeking the public's help in identifying a man who indecently assaulted a 43-year-old woman.
The woman was walking along Albany Gardens East, Clacton, just after midday yesterday when a man ran up behind her and grabbed her.
He did not speak and then ran off. He was wearing a grey hooded top, with the hood up, and had a black and white checked scarf across his face. The woman was not injured but was distressed by the incident.
Anyone who may have witnessed the assault, or who has any information that may assist the investigation, is asked to call police at Clacton on 0300 333 4444, where the officer dealing is Pc Stacy Williams, or call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
