DETECTIVES are investigating after raiders struck at an Ipswich petrol station.
DETECTIVES are investigating following a burglary at an Ipswich petrol station today.
The shutters of the Sainsbury's Warren Heath station were prized open during the break-in at around 4am, before a large quantity of cigarettes were stolen.
The petrol station remained closed until around noon while police initiated their investigation.
A force spokesman said: “Enquires are underway to trace the offenders, believed to be four white men.”
Anyone who may have seen a vehicle in the area in the early hours, or who may have any information about the incident, should call Pc Moughton at Felixstowe police on 01473 613500.
