TOP trainer Luca Cumani was counting the cost for the second time this morning after fire ripped through the guesthouse he part owns.
The fire at Fittock House, High Street, Cheveley, near Newmarket started around 10pm last night.
Eight guests were staying at the house but everyone managed to escape without injury.
Fire crews managed to get the fire under control by 3am.
There was extensive damage to the roof of the property and water damage through out the house.
Back in October 1997 Mr Cumani was the victim of fire when it destroyed his historic stables in Newmarket. The stables were targeted twice in 24 hours by arsonists. But luckily no one was injured and all the horses were rescued.
