Train bosses are warning passengers they could face short notice alterations, cancellations and delays.
A spokesman for National Express said: “We expect to operate a normal timetabled service and will work with Network Rail to minimise any affect to the railway infrastructure.
“Any problems are expected to be localised in nature. We are in contact with the Met office.”
