Officers are appealing for witnesses following an assault that took place in Nacton last month.
The incident took place on June 7 at around 7.55am at the junction of Walk Barn Lane and Felixstowe Road, not far from the Seven Hills Crematorium.
Two men, who were driving a Range Rover and a Toyota Hi-Lux, got out of their vehicles and entered into a dispute.
The driver of the Range Rover sustained significant bruising to his face, ankle, thigh and groin area as well as small cuts to both legs and pain in his wrist and hand.
