It shows Tavern Street, Ipswich in around 1930 with two way traffic. The cameraman was in a first floor window near Dial Lane looking toward the Cornhill. The trolley buses featured were made locally by Ransomes Sims and Jefferies and came into service in the mid 1920s to replace the town's electric trams, which first ran in 1903.
