The Ravenswood branch of the East of England Co-op will be closed for just over two weeks from tomorrow night for renovation work to incorporate a travel branch.

The travel branch currently at the Rosehill Retail Centre food store will close from Sunday, July 16, and will re-open at the Ravenswood store on Thursday, July 27.

As part of the work, the Ravenswood store will close from 10pm tomorrow (Tuesday, July 11) for work, and re-open on July 27 from 9am.

A spokeswoman from the East of England Co-op said: “The move comes ahead of a planned reduction in the size of the food store, in which the branch is currently situated at the Rosehill Retail Centre, as part of the ongoing regeneration of the site.”

For those who would like to speak to travel advisors between July 17 and 27, staff will be on hand at the branch in the Sproughton Morrisons store, or available by calling 01473 860130.

The Rosehill branch will remain open throughout.
