A REWARD of up to £5,000 is being offered today to catch burglars who stole a large quantity of jewellery from a house in Woodbridge.The break-in happened at a property in Ipswich Road - and among the items taken were a Cartier watch and other Cartier jewellery, antique jewellery, an oval pair of cufflinks with Chinese writing on and assorted precious stone necklaces.

A REWARD of up to £5,000 is being offered today to catch burglars who stole a large quantity of jewellery from a house in Woodbridge.

The break-in happened at a property in Ipswich Road - and among the items taken were a Cartier watch and other Cartier jewellery, antique jewellery, an oval pair of cufflinks with Chinese writing on and assorted precious stone necklaces.

Gold bracelets, earrings, rings and necklaces were also among the haul.

Police said the reward is being offered for information leading to the conviction of one or more people for the raid and the recovery of the stolen jewellery, which amounted to 20 years worth of very personal possessions.
