RUSH hour drivers in Norwich face delays this morning after a burst water main caused problems on the outer ring road.
The problems are affecting the A146 Lakenham Road in both directions between the Hall Road roundabout and the A140 Ipswich Road.
The flooded stretch of road is currently closed to traffic while repairs are carried out and drivers are warned to expect delays.
