A WOMAN who claimed to have been sexually assaulted in Great Cornard has now told police the attack did not take place.The 33-year-old had said she was assaulted while jogging in Cats Lane in the early hours of April 19.

The 33-year-old had said she was assaulted while jogging in Cats Lane in the early hours of April 19.
In making the announcement about the case, Suffolk Constabulary moved to remind Suffolk residents that sexual assault is a rare crime in the county.
It said people can feel safe whilst out in Suffolk although sensible precautions should always be taken.
