A car fire outside a house in Ipswich last night is being investigated by police.
A silver Nissan Almera was involved in a blaze in Fisks Lane, off Old Norwich Road, in the early hours of today.
The fire was reported at three minutes past midnight and was under control by 1am.
The vehicle was “well alight” before it was extinguished and the fire is believed to be deliberate, a Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service spokesman said.
Police said they are investigating. No arrests have been made and the owner of the vehicle is aware of the blaze, a force spokesman said.
