Accident on the Orwell Bridge causes traffic chaos

One lane is closed and traffic is queuing westbound on the A14 this morning.
Drivers are being delayed between junction 57, the Nacton Interchange and junction 56, the Wherstead Interchange, because of a broken down car.
Recovery is being arranged but delays are expected until at least 8.45am.
