A man and a teenager from Stowmarket have been charged with robbery along with a series of other offences.
Billy Wilson, 20, and a 17-year-old boy are accused of mugging two men in Byron Road, Ipswich, at 9.45pm on January 2.
One victim had his mobile phone stolen, and headphones were taken from the other. Both men sustained minor injuries.
Wilson, of Hill Rise, has also been charged with aggravated vehicle taking and causing damage to the car; dangerous driving and driving whilst disqualified; and causing criminal damage to a police cell.
He has been remanded in custody to appear before Ipswich Crown Court on February 2.
The 17-year-old boy, who cannot be named due to his age, has also been charged with criminal damage of a motorbike; attempting to enter a dwelling with intent to steal; and breaching conditions of a criminal behaviour order.
The teenager has been remanded in youth custody and is due to appear before Ipswich Magistrates Court on January 17.
