A STUDENT fell off a horse at Otley College in the indoor equine area.
A STUDENT fell off a horse at Otley College in the indoor equine area.
First Aid staff from the college were immediately on hand to look after the 17-year-old student and an ambulance was called at about 10am.
The student was taken to hospital for a check up.
A college spokesperson, said, “Accidents unfortunately do happen but this was an isolated incident involving an equine student and a horse.
The health and welfare of our students is our primary concern and this will continue to be the case.
We would like to pay tribute to the speed and effectiveness of our First Aid staff and we wish the student a speedy recovery.”
