A FORMER teacher of a Norfolk school has today pleaded guilty to making indecent pictures of pupils at the school he taught at.Michael Higgins, 55, of The Street, Wattisfield, admitted to magistrates in Ipswich that he had downloaded indecent pictures of children from the Internet and cut and pasted the heads of pupils on top of them.
