Two teenagers have been charged with threatening behaviour after a police investigation into a reported fight on the beach in Felixstowe.
A third male – a 26-year-old from Felixstowe - is now being sought by officers after he failed to attend Martlesham police investigation centre to answer his bail.
He was arrested on suspicion of affray following the incident, which occurred at 8.40pm on Saturday, July 25.
Murray Warne, 18, of Highfield Road, Felixstowe and Sam Black, 19, of St Andrew’s Drive, Chelmondiston, were charged with threatening behaviour when they answered their bails.
Warne and Black are due to make their first appearance on the charge before Ipswich magistrates on January 5.
Police were called to Sea Road in Felixstowe after being told a number of males were involved in a fight on the beach.
