POLICE have today arrested a third teenage boy on suspicion of arson following the blaze which wrecked the Herman de Stern centre at Felixstowe.The 15-year-old is in custody at the town's police station and being questioned about the incident.

The 15-year-old is in custody at the town's police station and being questioned about the incident.
Two other teenagers - boys aged 15 and 14 - who were arrested have been released on bail, pending further inquiries. They will return to see police on November 1.
