Thousands of runners dressed in pink are expected to descend on Trinity Park near Ipswich this weekend to play their part in the fight against cancer.
Cancer Research UK is hosting a variety of challenges at the venue today and tomorrow as part of the Race for Life series, which is open to women and children.
This will feature two Pretty Muddy obstacle courses today, including the very first kids only edition for under 12s, and a 5k and 10k run tomorrow.
More than 3,000 women and children are expected to take part in the Ipswich races this weekend and raise a total of £178,000 for Cancer Research UK.
The ethos of the campaign is women of any age, size or ability can take part and go at a pace that suits them.
Many participants take on the challenge in memory of a loved one lost to cancer.
