Two people were killed in car crash close to the Shotley peninsular when the red Peugeot 205 they were travelling in crashed on the B1456 Shotley to Ipswich road at Freston yesterday.
In a separate incident a pedestrian was killed as he walked along the slip road from the A12 onto the A14 at Nacton.
It is believed the man was heading towards Felixstowe when he was in collision with a VW car at just before midnight.
