Traffic gridlocked on A12

RUSH hour traffic on the A12 was brought to a standstill today after a crash between a lorry and a car.The accident happened at about 4pm on the Colchester-bound carriageway just south of the Copdock Interchange, in Ipswich.

The accident happened at about 4pm on the Colchester-bound carriageway just south of the Copdock Interchange, in Ipswich.
It is not known if any serious injuries have been suffered at this stage.
