Trains delayed at level crossing

TRAINS between Ipswich and Norwich were today being delayed by up to 20 minutes because of a problem with a level crossing near Diss.Services were running normally south of Ipswich - although the arrival of InterCity trains at Ipswich was being delayed because of the problem on the Suffolk/Norfolk border.
