Travellers arked up on a council car park on West End Road, Ipswich.
A group of travellers who had been occupying part of a car park in Ipswich have left the site.
A number of caravans that arrived in the West End Road car park on August 7 left this afternoon.
Ipswich Borough Council said the council had started legal action to secure possession of the site.
At least eight caravans and a number of other vehicles had been on the site throughout the week.
