Not only has he been caged until the end of November, he's also been banned from the area for three years.
And the order means he can no longer join his friends at the unofficial “racetrack” around Grafton Way and Commercial Road.
Burroughs, who is now 18, has been a thorn in the side of police for years - but he can only now be named after his latest court appearance because he is no longer a juvenile.
