A FIRE broke out in the bedroom of an Ipswich house today.
Two crews from Princes Street fire station were called to fight the fire in the Kelly Road house shortly before 5.30pm.
It was believed the house was empty at the time of the fire, which was extinguished by 5.50pm.
Meanwhile firefighters from Framlingham fought what was described as a "difficult" chimney fire at a dairy farm in Beddington Road, Framlingham.
The fire was reported at 5.50pm and took more than an hour to fully extinguish.
