CLIVE Bagshaw, who is accused of five counts of indecent assault on a male under the age of 16 years, denied the charges at an appearance at South East Suffolk Magistrates' Court.
Bagshaw, of Edmund Street, Kettering, was alleged to have indecently assaulted the boy between October, 1999 and December last year.
The 31-year-old pleaded not guilty to all five counts and his case was committed to Ipswich Crown Court for trial on October 18.
