University Campus Suffolk is in discussions with a Dutch university on a future collaboration.
The Maastricht School of Management (MSM) welcomed senior staff from the Ipswich university earlier this month.
A spokeswoman for UCS said she could not comment on the talks because of the nature of the “ongoing discussions”.
MSM said the discussions centred on a collaboration on both degree and non-degree programs.
UCS was represented on their visit by staff who included Professor Cavenagh, dean of academic affairs, Mr Bannerman, director of UCS international and Dr Lyne head of quality and enhancement.
