A power cut left around 75 businesses and homes near the Waterfront in Ipswich without electricity this afternoon.
Engineers restored power to the affected properties in the St Peter’s Street area around an hour after it was reported at 3.40pm, a UK Power Networks spokesman said.
The spokesman said: “All supplies were restored by about 4.45pm.”
A fault on an underground cable in the area caused the power cut.
