COMMUTERS are facing delays to their train journeys today after weather and a broken down train caused problems on the tracks.

A spokesman for One Railways explained that “severe weather conditions, the rain and the wind” had caused delays between Ipswich and London Liverpool Street.
And he added that more problems had been caused by a broken down train in the Ingatestone area early this morning, leaving one London-bound track blocked.
He said commuters were currently facing delays of around 30 minutes.
