As a full a planning application has been submitted for the former Tooks Bakery site off Old Norwich Road earlier this week, we are inviting readers to share their thoughts of the planned development.

Currently an application has been lodged for the first phase of development which would feature 60 homes being built – including 41 affordable homes.

And while the application is still in the consultation phase, potential developments for phases two and three could be granted in the future which would result in a health care centre being built, and the potential for a further 100 homes on the King George V Playing Fields.

It is understood that if future developments get the go ahead a new home has already been identified for the playing fields.

Do you think the land should be used for building homes? Would you like to see the playing fields stay in the future or is it a good opportunity for the future?
