AN 80-year-old woman had her shopping bag snatched as she walked along St Andrew's Road in Felixstowe.Police are appealing for witnesses to yesterday afternoon's incident and described the assailant as being white, in his 20s and around 5ft 3in.
AN 80-year-old woman had her shopping bag snatched as she walked along St Andrew's Road in Felixstowe.
Police are appealing for witnesses to yesterday afternoon's incident and described the assailant as being white, in his 20s and around 5ft 3in.
He ran past her and grabbed the bag before running off through Leeward Court in to Great Eastern Square.
Shortly afterwards the bag and most of its contents were found but the woman's purse, containing cash and cards was missing.
