A YOUNG woman has died following a car crash in west Suffolk, police in the county announced today.
The 21-year-old received serious head injuries as a result of a three-car crash close to RAF Lakenheath in Brandon Road, Wangford, at about 12.20pm on Wednesday.
The woman, who is believed to be from the Wangford area, was airlifted to the West Suffolk Hospital but died yesterday as a result of her injuries.
