A 52-year-old woman has pleaded not guilty to an offence of arson with intent to endanger life following a blaze at a block of flats on Ipswich’s Chantry Estate.
Selina Sadler, of no fixed address, denied the charge at a plea and directions hearing at Ipswich Crown Court today.
The case was adjourned to June 1 for a trial which is expected to last three to four days.
Around 30 firefighters went to the scene of the fire in Birkfield Drive, Ipswich at around 12.40pm on July 27.
