Servite House, in Spring Road, Ipswich, has kept a record of a year's worthy of abuse and attacks on the elderly as their fears peak.
The diary makes shocking reading with entries including death threats, cyclists knocking over and injuring an elderly woman carrying shopping, an elderly man getting spat at on his doorstep and a teenager throwing a beer bottle and only narrowing missing a resident's head.
