IT'S that time of year when so much of our beautiful county glimmers in the sunshine and nature celebrates the delights of summer.
And we want you to share your slice of summer with us.
Keen photographer Warren Kendall has made a good start with these stunning shots of the natural world around him.
First there is a frog looking more than happy in Mr Kendall's Kesgrave garden.
Then he captured a chaffinch on a fence as sunshine breaks through the foliage of a tree.
Next he spied a robin mid-flight as it hauled a load of maggots off.
We're hoping these great photographs will be just the start of a flood of images which will help us to celebrate the beauty of Suffolk. So when you take your camera with you on a trip to the beach or the local park or nature reserve send in your favourite shots and we'll print them in all their glory.
Not just for expert photographers, we want your shots of life in Suffolk as you and your family experience it.
We'll print the best contributions and also look out for a full gallery on our website at www.eveningstar.co.uk.
- E-mail your photographs to starnews@eveningstar.co.uk or send them to The Evening Star, Press House, 30 Lower Brook Street, Ipswich, IP4 1AN.
